I am looking for a job that offers a dynamic and collaborative company culture, where I can continue to utilize my expertise in marketing strategy and CRM. I am an experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record of success in cross-market operations. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to control costs and maintain tight schedules, resulting in successful developments for Fortune 500 companies. I excel at getting the most out of every team member, even in fast-paced environments with limited resources. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Advertising from ESPM and an Executive MBA from FGV.

In my current role as CRM and Strategy Lead at IZA Seguros, I have successfully restructured customer journeys, resulting in a 100-point increase in NPS. I have also implemented initiatives to improve sales and customer retention using Hubspot CRM, RD Station, and Sendgrid. Additionally, I have developed buyer and customer personas to personalize CRM automation, communications, and reporting. I am currently working on the 2024 Strategic Plan, focusing on main strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

During my sabbatical period, I had the opportunity to work as an MBA Intern at Johnson & Johnson, where I created a Marketing Business Plan and Product Roadmap for the Power Tools Product Line. I forecasted expected demands and developed a business plan to achieve objectives within set budgets. I also acted as a Marketing Guru, directing the work of multiple teams and assisting in meeting specific project goals.
