I want to deepen my CRM and customer journey work, turning data and performance insights into omnichannel campaigns. I’m energized by collaborative, data-driven teams and opportunities to grow analytical rigor while creating meaningful customer engagement.

I’m a marketing analyst focused on building meaningful customer connections through CRM, customer experience, and strategic planning. I bring analytical thinking, creativity, and adaptability to translate performance metrics and digital trends into better campaign outcomes.

In my last role as a Strategic Planning Analyst Jr., I developed and executed omnichannel marketing strategies for retail clients, analyze and segment customer databases, and improve personalization. I design and manage CRM journeys using Salesforce Journey Builder, supporting lifecycle marketing and engagement with data-backed performance insights.

Previously, as a Customer Experience Intern, I built CRM communication flows in Salesforce, coordinated demands with agencies and internal teams, and supported customer engagement campaigns and activations for both B2C and B2B clients. I also strengthened my digital foundation through social media analytics, content calendar management, and report creation, plus volunteer event logistics and community initiatives.
