I’m a marketing analyst focused on building meaningful customer connections through CRM, customer experience, and strategic planning. I bring analytical thinking, creativity, and adaptability to translate performance metrics and digital trends into better campaign outcomes.
In my last role as a Strategic Planning Analyst Jr., I developed and executed omnichannel marketing strategies for retail clients, analyze and segment customer databases, and improve personalization.
