I am an Indonesian Independent Contractor with 26+ years of experience within Indonesian and International companies – mainly in the hospitality industry for luxury, 5-star villas, hotels and resorts throughout Bali.

Within those years of experience, I was a Public Relations and Marketing Communications, specializing in the hospitality business such as hotels, villas, homestays/guest houses, entertainments, restaurants, events, and weddings, along with customer support, relations & services as well as coordination with the entire property teams of Housekeeping/Butler, F&B, Engineering, Sales, Revenue and Finance.

Other positions also covered Operational/Executive/Personal Assistant to the C-levels and Executives, as well as Lettings Manager for a Private Luxury Property Rental & Management roles for over 60 villa collections in Bali and Southeast Asia.

Recently, I was supporting the CS Team at a startup company that built a text-to-speech software that reads aloud using a computer-generated text-to-speech voice, with the main focus on cancellation, retention and refund cases, aside from the basic technical issues handling, sales support and lead generation, utilizing Intercom, Stripe, Retool, Slack and Zoom on daily basis.

Graduated from STARKI (Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komunikasi dan Sekretari TARAKANITA – Secretarial and Communication College, Jakarta – Indonesia) I write and speak fluent English with Bahasa Indonesia as my mother tongue (bilingual C1-Advanced EF SET - https://cert.efset.org/Ptr5K2) with net typing speed of 55 wpm.
