I’ve spent the past 5 years working in hospitality in Bali, where i developed strong communication, problem-solving, and guest support skill in fast-paced environments. In my most recent role at La Lucciola, i handled daily guest operations, resolved customer concerns, and coordinated with teams to maintain a smooth guest experience during high-volume service periods.
Recently, i’ve been expanding my skills into CRM and customer support operations through hands-on HubSpot projects focused on contact management, ticketing workflows, and customer lifecycle processes.
