What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine real-time client communication with HubSpot CRM workflows to improve the customer lifecycle, reduce operational bottlenecks, and help teams deliver a consistently “human” experience through digital systems.

I’ve spent the past 5 years working in high-standard hospitality in Bali, where I learned how to manage complex guest needs and international communication in real-time. In my most recent role at La Lucciola, I owned high-volume journey management for 200+ daily international guests and acted as the primary contact for complex concerns to de-escalate issues and protect brand reputation.

I’m now moving into the tech sector to apply that problem-solving experience to digital environments. I recently completed my HubSpot Service Hub and Inbound certifications to bridge my client relations background with structured CRM workflows, using HubSpot CRM (Ticket Management & Workflows) alongside tools like Google Workspace and Slack to improve operational efficiency—reducing bottlenecks by 30-50% through cross-functional streamlining.
