What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine real-time client communication with HubSpot CRM workflows to improve the customer lifecycle, reduce operational bottlenecks, and help teams deliver a consistently “human” experience through digital systems.

I’ve spent the past 5 years working in hospitality in Bali, where i developed strong communication, problem-solving, and guest support skill in fast-paced environments. In my most recent role at La Lucciola, i handled daily guest operations, resolved customer concerns, and coordinated with teams to maintain a smooth guest experience during high-volume service periods.

Recently, i’ve been expanding my skills into CRM and customer support operations through hands-on HubSpot projects focused on contact management, ticketing workflows, and customer lifecycle processes. I enjoy solving problems, learning new systems, and improving customer experiences, especially in roles that combine communication, operations, and technology.
