I’m a highly organised remote professional with a strong foundation in operations coordination, client relations, administrative support, customer service, and data management. I’ve worked across multi-brand international environments—independently managing client pipelines, communications, documentation, and digital records with consistent accuracy.

In my current role as a Customer Relations & Operations Agent, I manage end-to-end client inquiry pipelines across four premium hospitality brands and provide first-line support across multiple concurrent accounts. I also maintain operational data in Google Sheets/Calendar and create branded event collateral using Canva, while coordinating cross-team communications across live event threads.

Previously, I supported international B2B buyers with English outreach and drafted commercial correspondence, while converting physical invoices into clean Excel spreadsheets for accounting and production tracking.
