I’m looking for remote Customer Support, Virtual Assistance, Administrative Support, or Sales Support work where I can handle customer inquiries, coordinate follow-ups and schedules, and strengthen relationships using email, chat, and CRM in a fast-paced team.

I’m an experienced hospitality and operations professional with 15+ years of international exposure across hotels, cruise lines, and business operations in Indonesia, Bahrain, and on international cruise ships. I’ve built a strong reputation for customer support, team leadership, and operational coordination in fast-paced multicultural environments, with fluent Indonesian (native) and professional English.
