Led B2B sales, built supplier/manufacturer partnerships, and owned the end-to-end project lifecycle including product development, supply chain, marketing, and digital sales execution.

Developed and managed a client portfolio of 15 tech startups through the full B2B sales cycle from cold outreach to deal closing. Negotiated and closed recruitment service contracts and managed ongoing accounts with a focus on satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.

Managed end-to-end innovation projects for a major advertising group, coordinating cross-functional teams across creative, tech, and strategy. Led client consulting engagements by translating digital innovation strategies into actionable business roadmaps, and oversaw timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

Delivered financial audit and advisory services to a portfolio of SME clients across multiple sectors. Managed full accounting cycles including annual accounts, tax documents (VAT, IRPP, ISF), and bank reconciliation, while providing client-facing financial consulting.

Co-founded a Medical AI startup incubated at EM Lyon, managing the full lifecycle from ideation to investor pitch. Led business development and go-to-market strategy within the incubator, coordinated the founding team across product, data science, and commercial functions, and prepared investor pitch decks and financial models to support funding.

Contributed to the launch of a social fitness startup in San Francisco, supporting product design and user experience as well as early-stage business development. Participated in Stanford-affiliated Design Thinking and Lean Startup programs and collaborated with a US-based team on product roadmap, go-to-market planning, and investor positioning.
