In my current role at Atempo, I have introduced and established a UX process within the R&D workflow, ensuring the integration of user-friendly experiences in our data protection and management software, resulting in boosted satisfaction.

Previously, as a Product and Experience Designer at Corellis in Marseille, France.

I collaborated with product management and business experts to develop services offering a rich product experience and help companies in different sectors with their digital transformation.

One of my notable projects was creating a Cargo Simulation Cockpit software for the CMA-CGM Project, which facilitated the communication of data to Cargo Flow Officers, improving problem-solving and cargo load planning.

I also used to work in aviation, as a Flight Attendant for Emirates Airlines. During my time there, I listened and analyzed customer behaviors to enhance their experience throughout the flight, resulting in higher customer satisfaction.

I was also promoted as a brand ambassador within 12 months due to my strong performance in representing the company in international events.
