I’m a bilingual Customer Service and Scheduling Specialist with over 4 years of experience supporting clients, managing high-volume appointment scheduling, and delivering exceptional service in fast-paced environments.

In my current role as an Application Specialist Scheduler at Lisinski Law Firm, I coordinate and schedule approximately 300 client appointments weekly. I provide English- and Spanish-speaking support, review required documentation, and prepare clients for consultations, while keeping records accurate in Salesforce and Litify.

I also bring leadership through training and mentoring—training new employees and providing operational coverage during staff absences. Previously, as a Manufacturing Operator at Lear Corporation, I focused on quality standards, safety compliance, and collaboration to meet efficiency targets.
