I’m a Sales and Promotion professional committed to creating real customer value through clear communication, strong attention to detail, and consistent follow-through. I’ve built experience supporting a bedding and upholstery business while keeping service quality at the center of every interaction.

At Good Knight Bedding, I worked in sales and promotion for 2 years (2020–2022), strengthening my ability to manage customer needs and drive day-to-day results. I bring practical customer-related management and operations management skills that help teams stay organized and responsive.

Earlier, I volunteered as an Advice and Referral officer at Siyanakekela/WeCare Community Centre for 2 years (2015–2017). That experience shaped my interpersonal skills and time management, while sharpening how I communicate and coordinate support effectively.

I also use tools like Salesforce and rely on strong computer literacy (end user) to support service delivery. My mindset is simple: I seek opportunity over security, take calculated risks, and aim to dream, build, and deliver outcomes I’m proud of.
