What I'm looking for
I’m a Revenue & Relationship Professional with 15 years winning, growing, and retaining clients across business development, sales, and account management. For me it’s a craft rooted in human behaviour—understanding what drives people, building real trust, and turning that into relationships that convert and last.
I’ve led growth by combining disciplined prospecting with hands-on execution. I helped expand Hamiltons’ presence into new territories, moving commission earned from R 0m to R1.1m (2023), and I achieved record sale prices including Edenburg (R19m) and Craighall Park (R12m), while managing premium property portfolios for high-net-worth clients.
Beyond sales, I build the systems that make growth repeatable. I joined SPAAN to establish the business development function for an early-stage startup, and I’ve also built a complete HubSpot CRM from scratch, plus a Chrome extension that automates property-owner contact capture—currently used daily by my team and iterated to improve speed/efficiency and increase pipeline.
