In my current role as a Transportation Planner, I lead data analysis and risk assessments across complex regulatory environments, building compliance reports that drive corrective actions and process improvements. I maintain and audit large data systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to compliance standards, and I present documentation for public hearings, senior leadership, and governing bodies.

Previously, as an Office Manager at Baptist Primary Care, I directed daily clinical and administrative operations for a high-volume practice, owning incident reporting end-to-end and improving provider-facing workflows like insurance verification, referrals, and prior authorizations. I’ve also supported audits and member-facing insurance guidance through roles at Flagler Hospital and Aetna, strengthening my ability to ensure compliant documentation, reduce recurrence, and improve operational oversight.
