When Quidax shifted from B2C to B2B, I re-engineered the hiring function—redefining target profiles and redesigning the process for an enterprise market. I embedded a structured hiring process across teams, aligning hiring managers, enforcing compliance, and standardising interview feedback to reduce back-and-forth and sharpen decisions.
Previously at TalentQL, I built high-volume pipelines and improved execution using GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent communities, and referrals—boosting candidate contact by 50% and cutting matching timelines by five days. I also drove agency revenue through high-value placements (including $24,000 and $12,000 from major drives) while managing full recruitment operations end-to-end, and I grew into a Team Lead role managing a team of four.
Earlier in my career, I built HR operations from scratch at Enyata—covering documentation, recruitment, onboarding, policies, performance management, and offboarding.
