We’re looking for an experienced Mid-Senior level Project Manager to join our Professional Services organization in the US. Our Professional Services organization focuses on all aspects of delivering the post-sales solutions, with a mission to delight our customers, help them achieve success and create customers for life. We’re looking for a Project Manager who cares about and is as obsessed with the customer experience as we are. Ideally you’ll be a highly organized and proactive individual we can entrust with keeping projects on track and deliver within the full expectation of the customer. We’re seeking someone who can maintain high levels of engagement with our customers and deliver an elevated level of service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role reports to the Professional Services Manager and can be based in the UK or Ireland.

Let's talk about your role and responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, monitor and control project deliverables, including reviewing project scope with respect to scheduling, resourcing, communications and change management
  • Monitor and control project progress, including using change management and escalations to the Professional Services Manager where necessary, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop, manage, control and maintain project reporting and associated documentation
  • Demonstrate project team leadership and management to ensure a strong culture of service delivery with high quality output and customer satisfaction
  • Assist the Regional Lead in achieving program targets
  • Work collaboratively with team members and external service providers
  • Build strong working relationships with all clients

Let's talk about your skills/expertise:

  • 5 years project management experience managing external product based projects
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to foster strong internal and external relationships
  • A strong customer and team focus
  • The ability to think outside the box, developing creative and innovative ideas and solutions to business and technical challenges
  • A strong sense of professionalism, diligence, and an eye for detail, consistently delivering work of a high quality
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - and the ability to convey ideas/decisions effectively to various levels of management
  • Highly motivated and accountable with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong collaboration expertise - both internal and external - together with superior time management skills and natural problem solving expertise
  • PMI or Prince certifications and/or equivalent
