🚀 Your mission as a Streaming/Podcast Executive!

You will drive the strategic direction and execution of performance marketing initiatives to optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention across global markets. This role is pivotal in leveraging data-driven insights and innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and revenue growth within the dynamic landscape of online gaming and digital entertainment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with company goals and targets.
• Lead a team of performance marketing specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Manage multi-channel digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, display networks, affiliate marketing, and other relevant channels.
• Optimize campaign performance through rigorous A/B testing, data analysis, and insights-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the analytics team to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring ROI and efficiency targets are met or exceeded.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and user experience across all marketing channels.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and methodologies to streamline operations and increase scalability.

Requirements

You will thrive in this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in performance marketing, ideally within the gaming, e-commerce, or digital entertainment sectors.
• Demonstrable track record of successfully managing large-scale, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and performance metrics.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and technologies (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DSPs, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) to extract insights and drive decision-making.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to innovate and adapt to changing market dynamics.
• Passion for gaming and familiarity with the esports/gambling industry trends and best practices.

It will be a plus if you have:

• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
