We're passionate about simplifying team management for restaurants. Born in the back office of a sandwich shop in 2014, 7shifts was founded by Jordan Boesch with a clear goal: to build simple solutions for even the most complex team management challenges faced by restaurateurs. We understand the unique demands of the restaurant industry because our journey started there. Witnessing firsthand the difficulties his father experienced managing schedules at his Quiznos restaurants inspired Jordan to create a platform that streamlines these everyday hurdles. Initially, we operated with a small team, driven by the desire to make a real difference in how restaurants manage their staff.
