Paid parental leave
Loom offers up to 10 weeks of paid parental/baby-bonding leave for a new birth, foster parent, or adoptive care for all new parents regardless of gender. Additionally we offer up to 10 extra weeks of paid pregnancy disability leave for birthing moms.
