What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer service role where I can own cases, improve response times, and grow through training. I want a fast-paced team that values accuracy, escalation ownership, and consistent, world-class service.

I’m a fast learner who perseveres through challenges, and I bring that drive to patient and customer experiences. I help schedule doctor visits, resolve inquiries, and own tasks end to end.

As a Lead Customer Service Representative and later a Customer Service Representative, I became a subject matter expert during my first 90 days, trained other workers, and supported smooth case assignment and completion. I’m comfortable with phone triage, multi-line phone systems, CRM software, and detailed record keeping.

I also bring strong retail and hospitality experience—cash handling, POS systems, upselling, and customer engagement—along with medical administrative support like medical insurance coverage verification and manual or online patient registration.
