I’m open to remote work and want to support a fast-moving team that values doing things properly—I can own executive support, customer ops, CRM/tool integrations, and automation to keep operations smooth across time zones.

I’ve spent the last eight years making sure the people I work with never have to worry about the operational side of things. Whether that’s scheduling across EST, PST, GMT, and EAT, building automations that quietly save time, or being the person clients actually enjoy reaching out to, I take that seriously.

In my Senior Virtual Assistant work, I manage day-to-day calendars for C-level executives and set up Calendly flows connected to Google Calendar—conflicts dropped by around 95% within the first month. I build 15+ Zapier automations for email follow-up sequences, lead routing, data syncing, and social post scheduling, collectively freeing up over 15 hours a week.
