What I'm looking for
I’m a proactive Executive Assistant and Operations Virtual Assistant with 3–5 years of experience supporting founders and senior leadership in fast-paced environments. I focus on reducing admin overwhelm and keeping day-to-day operations moving smoothly.
Since 2021, I’ve provided comprehensive executive and operational support for a remote consulting & software support client—managing inbox, calendar, and meeting coordination across time zones. I also administer ActiveCampaign, keeping CRM data accurate and supporting contact lists and campaign workflows.
I’m known for building structure that scales: I create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and internal resource libraries for onboarding and consistency. I convert Loom recordings and notes into clear operational documentation, and I maintain SharePoint/OneDrive systems so teams can find what they need fast.
