We are looking for a Group Product Manager, Content Security and Compliance, to lead this critical new product.

About the Role

The Group Product Manager, Content Security and Compliance, will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Enterprise Guard. This leadership position involves managing a dedicated team of product managers and spearheading the development and execution of product strategies that ensure content security, compliance, secure content lifecycle management, and robust eDiscovery capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact the way enterprises manage risk and compliance in their collaborative environments, making it a high-visibility and high-impact position within the company and industry. This is also a distinct product with its own revenue stream and expected to drive substantial value for Miro.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Enterprise Guard, focusing on content security, compliance, content lifecycle management, and eDiscovery
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering an environment of innovation, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights, validate product concepts, and identify emerging needs and opportunities in content security and compliance

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing product managers in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of leading product teams and launching successful products, preferably in the areas of security, compliance, or eDiscovery
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments, with a passion for innovation and excellence
