What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can apply bilingual translation, subtitling, and content strategy in collaborative teams, with opportunities for creative storytelling and professional growth.

I am a translator, subtitler, and journalist with hands-on experience adapting narratives between English and Portuguese while preserving tone, clarity, and intent. My work spans volunteer and professional projects, from TED Talks to agency campaigns.

As a TED Translators volunteer I translated and subtitled over 40 videos, handling timing, captioning, linguistic adaptation, quality review, and terminology consistency. I have also worked as a freelancer producing ghostwriting, social media content, and editorial support.

In agency and corporate roles I delivered English-language copywriting, social media planning, scriptwriting, storytelling development, and content strategy, combining editorial rigor with analytics-driven coordination. I have experience in audiovisual preparation and workflow tools, including CAT tools and subtitling platforms.

I bring strong research and fact-checking skills, linguistic quality assurance, and familiarity with production tools to multilingual projects. I seek opportunities where my bilingual writing, localization, and multimedia skills can improve audience engagement and communication accuracy.
