As a Product Manager, I am responsible for bringing new products to market, working with multiple engineering teams, and leading features related to interoperability and architecture. I also take the lead in identifying gaps and creating processes within our fast-moving startup team.

As an Analytics Delivery Consultant, I ensured two teams of analyst/developers were fully utilized and equipped with necessary data and tools. I also interfaced with cross-functional teams to document current processes, identify improvements, and implement changes.

As a Principal Consultant, I managed client relationships, oversaw engineering teams, and updated stale implementation processes. I also conducted user interviews, developed personas, and performed vendor assessments.

As Director of Information Technology, I led a ground-up rewrite of legacy code, significantly reducing application errors and downtime. I also implemented robust cybersecurity policies and managed various vendors.

As a Business Analyst, I collaborated cross-departmentally to successfully roll out a highly visible reporting project under tight deadlines. I also acted as a Business Analyst, Software QA, and Data Pipelines generalist for an internal ML/NLP product.

As Technical Director, I was responsible for implementing Health Catalyst ACO and Population Health SaaS applications, including configuration and troubleshooting of servers and ETL routines. I also led and oversaw client training on the Health Catalyst platform and process improvement methodologies.

As an Implementation Engineer, I configured servers and software, and led the creation of implementation processes. I also performed functional and automated testing for sprint releases and full regression-testing for major releases.

As a Client Support Engineer, I collaborated with the Director of Client Support to establish and implement support processes for a newly formed team. I also provided Tier 2 support for various web and desktop applications.

As a Reporting Analyst, I diagnosed, updated, and maintained Microsoft SSIS and SSRS assets. I also collaborated with the Financial Analyst team to develop GL and Balance Sheet reporting.

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, I created and enhanced OLAP data sources using Microsoft Visual Studio and maintained ETL procedures. I also collaborated with business line leads to define key business metrics and implement them in data sources and reporting.

Completed a Master of Science degree in Information Systems. Focused on advanced topics in information technology and systems management.

Earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Applied Mathematics. Participated in the Honors Program and was recognized as a Presidential Scholar.
