Stephanie Chery

As a Senior Litigation Associate, I manage and support litigation in state and federal courts, as well as international arbitration. My role involves developing strategies, assessing risks, conducting complex legal research, and drafting various legal documents. I also present legal analyses to stakeholders and manage junior associates.

In my role as a Trial Associate, I was involved in all aspects of litigation, including strategy development, research, and drafting briefs for state and federal court matters. I also conducted depositions and attended court appearances, securing favorable outcomes for clients.

As a Litigation Paralegal, I supported attorneys by managing case files, conducting fact gathering, and drafting discovery responses. I also liaised with insurance companies and ensured compliance with court orders.

In my role as a Legal Assistant, I provided administrative support to partners, conducted client intake interviews, managed case files, and prepared documents for mediation.

As an Administrative Assistant, I provided secretarial support, drafted discovery responses, and obtained necessary medical records and reports for ongoing cases.

Activities and societies: Fordham International Law Journal, Associate Editor; Fordham Moot Court, Research Editor.

Studied law with a focus on strategic case management, complex legal research, contract drafting, and analysis. Served as Associate Editor for the Fordham International Law Journal and Research Editor for the Fordham Moot Court.

Completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, gaining foundational knowledge in political systems, theories, and practices.
