In my current role as Customer Service & CPFR Manager at PepsiCo, I lead multidisciplinary teams to meet customer metrics, overseeing the c-stores channel and managing over 10 clients. My efforts have significantly improved our customer service rankings, positioning us as the #1 CPG Company in Mexico. I am proud to have contributed to our recognition as the “Best snacking supplier of 2023” by a leading convenience store chain.
