I've led logistics and project work at Bunge Mexico, managing concurrent operations, finance, customer service, and vendor workstreams to support accurate execution and timely delivery. I supervise inbound and outbound transaction processing, monitor service and cost KPIs, and lead improvements to customer experience, financial accuracy, and compliance processes.

At Marelli Global Business Services America, I supported a new-site operational implementation and led last-mile service operations during transition periods. I coordinated international imports into Mexico from France, Germany, Italy, China, Japan, Brazil, and the United States, applying Incoterms and working with freight forwarders across shipment planning, tracking, expenses, budgets, and invoices.

Earlier at Grupo Modelo, I implemented a structured quality program that strengthened SOP discipline, process consistency, service reliability, and KPI-driven decision-making. I bring a data-driven approach to order management, freight coordination, inventory analysis, and operational risk mitigation.
