I’m looking for a role in customer service or customer success where I can own incident resolution, improve processes, and support commercial growth—using strong CX communication, ticketing systems, and operational KPIs to drive measurable results.

I’m a results-driven professional with experience in customer service, sales, and operations. I’m skilled in incident management, client follow-ups, and process optimization to enhance customer experience (CX).

In store and customer-facing roles, I managed daily operations—from opening/closing and inventory control to leading team coordination and task assignment. I analyzed sales data and operational KPIs, and improved service efficiency through practical process improvements.

In customer support positions, I handle end-to-end logistics incidents (shipping issues), coordinate with carriers, and manage warranty and product replacement processes. I prioritize complex customer tickets and provide proactive, clear communication throughout resolution.
