While my background originates in the automotive industry, the foundation of my success has always been customer focus, effective communication, accountability, and problem-solving.

In my most recent role as Supply Chain Management New Product Leader at Schaeffler (formerly Vitesco Technologies), I served as a key point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal teams across North America and Europe. I coordinated projects involving multiple stakeholders, managed competing priorities, resolved operational issues, and ensured successful execution of customer requirements in fast-paced and demanding environments.

Throughout my career, I have supported globally recognized organizations and customers, including Ford, Hyundai, General Motors, and Stellantis. These experiences strengthened my ability to build professional relationships, communicate effectively with diverse teams, and maintain a strong commitment to service excellence.

What attracts me most to Customer Success and Operations roles is the opportunity to help customers achieve their goals while contributing to business growth. I enjoy understanding customer needs, identifying solutions, improving processes, and creating positive experiences through proactive communication and collaboration.

In addition to my operational expertise, I bring strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes. I am comfortable working independently in remote environments while maintaining high levels of organization, responsiveness, and accountability.
