Throughout my 14+ year career, I have built extensive experience managing customer expectations, coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving complex operational challenges, and supporting global business operations. While my background originates in the automotive industry, the foundation of my success has always been customer focus, effective communication, accountability, and problem-solving.

In my most recent role as Supply Chain Management New Product Leader at Schaeffler (formerly Vitesco Technologies), I served as a key point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal teams across North America and Europe. I coordinated projects involving multiple stakeholders, managed competing priorities, resolved operational issues, and ensured successful execution of customer requirements in fast-paced and demanding environments.

Throughout my career, I have supported globally recognized organizations and customers, including Ford, Hyundai, General Motors, and Stellantis. These experiences strengthened my ability to build professional relationships, communicate effectively with diverse teams, and maintain a strong commitment to service excellence.
