I am a Sales and Customer Management Consultant based in South Africa, with close to a decade experience in the field. I have worked in the Financial sector for close to a decade with my main focus being sales of credit products e.g. loans, insurance and credit cards, customer management, customer services, customer relations and customer retention.
I have met and exceed my targets throughout the years as my sales part of the job entailed of targets and contributing towards company profit and market share.
