I'm looking to build and improve GTM, customer, and business operations for B2B SaaS or AI products, translating market and customer insights into scalable processes, product decisions, and measurable growth.

At UE Labs, I run GTM operations, market validation, and executive support for AI portfolio products including Pat AI and Clarity AI. I conduct 40+ discovery calls each month and turn customer findings into iteration reports that inform product priorities.

Previously at Kommo CRM, I owned Brazil market strategy, scaled a regional team from 11 to 30 people, and supported $150K in monthly revenue. I've built sales, onboarding, webinar, CRM, and automation processes from zero while connecting customer feedback to product and go-to-market decisions.
