I run multi-site hospitality operations and improve profitability, costs, and commercial performance.

I’ve launched and managed food and hospitality ventures in Buenos Aires, overseeing up to four locations and teams of around 35 employees. I currently manage two active locations, including ABSENTA Bar in Devoto and an independent burger restaurant in Morón.

I manage P&L, budgeting, cash flow, procurement, inventory, pricing, sales, billing, and accounts payable and receivable. I negotiate with vendors, optimize menus and costs, and build processes that improve profitability.

I’ve also managed travel operations for approximately 500 clients and run e-commerce operations across Shopify, TiendaNube, Amazon Seller Central, and FBA. I use Excel and Google Workspace extensively to track performance, solve operational issues, and support decisions.
