I'm an Industrial Engineer with 15+ years of experience across corporate environments (Telefónica LATAM and Nestlé) and entrepreneurship, where I've built businesses, launched products, managed operations, designed programs, negotiated partnerships, led complex projects, and solved problems with limited resources and no predefined playbook.

I enjoy stepping into ambiguity.

When priorities compete, processes don't exist, and everyone is wearing multiple hats, that's usually where I perform best.

Throughout my career I've coordinated cross-functional initiatives involving Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, CRM, Digital, agencies, suppliers, public institutions, and strategic partners. Whether launching nationwide marketing campaigns, leading a multi-city 4G rollout, delivering high-stakes event operations, or building my own business from scratch, my role has always been remarkably similar:
bring structure, align people, solve problems, and make execution happen.

During the last eight years as an entrepreneur I became responsible for every function of the business: strategy, operations, budgeting, partnerships, customer acquisition, process design, supplier negotiations, service delivery, financial decisions, and continuous improvement. That experience gave me a holistic understanding of how businesses actually work—not only how one department performs.
More recently, AI has become part of my daily workflow. I build practical GPT-powered systems and automation processes to accelerate research, documentation, communication, planning, and operational execution; not as a novelty, but as leverage.

What motivates me today isn't simply joining another company.

I'm looking for a small startup where I can work closely with founders, help build scalable operations, contribute across multiple business areas, and continue learning how exceptional companies are built from the inside.
