I’m looking to support a phone case brand’s social media and order-support channels—responding quickly and warmly, keeping communication on-brand, and managing inquiries independently with clear follow-up.

I’m a warm, detail-oriented customer support professional with a B.Sc. in Computer Science and hands-on experience managing client communication across digital and social touchpoints. I respond promptly, maintain a consistent, on-brand tone, and ensure a seamless experience from first inquiry through order follow-up—especially in multi-channel settings.

In my recent role as a Public Relations Officer, I served as the first point of contact for public inquiries, coordinated internal and external communications, and supported community/public engagement initiatives with clear, timely updates. Previously, as a Personal Assistant, I handled email communication and customer interactions, coordinated stakeholders, managed calendars and schedules, and kept accurate records—skills I’m ready to bring to a Customer Support Representative role supporting a phone case brand’s social media and order-support channels.
