What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can strengthen brand awareness through stakeholder engagement, media communication, and customer-focused problem solving—contributing reliable reporting, quality content, and timely resolutions in a collaborative environment.

I’ve been working in the public relations, customer and client management industry for more than four years, delivering service with a strong focus on “promoting brand awareness” and ensuring clients and stakeholders receive “professional services that build on a positive corporate” image. I’m confident working both individually and as part of a team.

In my roles, I’ve led media-focused communication, handled customer inquiries and complaints, and created content to support external customers and stakeholders. From customer representative work (including package upgrades/downgrades and billing queries) to digital communications and news writing, I bring a consistent approach to effective stakeholder engagement, accurate records, and quality outcomes.
