Managed a squad team dedicated to optimizing our Solar financing product - a credit model for financing solar panel installations. My squad, in collaboration with credit and other teams, successfully developed a private credit bond worth R$ 25 million (approximately € 4 million) to fund credit operations.

Managed the end-to-end development of a new credit product for SMEs at Mutual, granting over R$ 20 million (roughly € 3 million) of credit concession in its first year. Reduced manual analysis in credit application process from 90% to less than 15% via automation of credit inquiries, significantly increasing productivity and speed.

Assisted in venture capital fundraising operations, engaging in investor conversations, crafting presentations, using MetaBase for data collection and analysis and creating financial projections using Excel and Google Sheets to demonstrate company potential. During the pandemic, I performed critical financial analyses and implemented cost-cutting measures to ensure company stability and resilience

Worked collaboratively with the UX and development team to rebuild the company’s institutional website using Webflow, enhancing mobile responsiveness and design. The website overhaul resulted in an increase in conversion rates and blog traffic, effectively boosting the company's digital presence and receiving over 100.000 visits monthly.

Managed social media presence in platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and other online communities, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction. Oversaw the implementation of a CRM system (RD Station), which led to the automation and creation of email marketing strategies based on audiences and lead scoring.

Completed a comprehensive technology course focused on enhancing programming, network, and cybersecurity skills. This program provided in-depth knowledge and practical experience in various technical domains.
