I build products that solve real problems, especially in B2B SaaS environments with regulated, data-intensive needs. Over the past 6+ years, I’ve shaped platforms end-to-end—turning ambiguity into clarity and strategy into delivery through discovery, competitive insight, and roadmap strategy grounded in user value and business impact.
As a Product Owner Lead, I own 7+ product lines across two domains, coordinating with multiple engineering squads, architecture, CloudOps, product support, and account management. I led execution of a public REST API for a flagship product, replacing legacy monthly XML batch delivery with real-time daily integrations, and I’m driving enterprise rollout.
I also spearheaded post-acquisition integration (including RegScan) through scoped data migration, requirements definition for a new authoring platform, and an event-driven delivery pipeline. On the AI side, I delivered Fusion Search (AI-powered semantic search) across multiple product lines and integrated AI tooling and product analytics (Pendo) into daily workflows to sharpen prioritization and accelerate decision-making.
