I am a Lead Product Manager with an engineering background and over seven years of experience delivering products across hospitality, fintech, and AI-driven platforms. I combine data insights, UX collaboration, and technical understanding to simplify complex problems and optimize processes.

At HiJiffy I lead the strategy and execution of a hotelier-facing communications hub, managed cross-functional work with AI, backend and design teams, and mentor a fellow product manager to ensure alignment across initiatives. Previously I improved onboarding and automated accounting workflows at GetGround, reducing manual effort by roughly 40 days per month, and introduced fraud prevention and financial process automation at DefinedCrowd to cut operational costs.
