- Use and development of methodologies in Life and Auto insurance
products.

- Analysis and monitoring of errors in the system for forwarding
improvements, learning in agile methodologies processes
- Expertise in the support area, learning activities management tools

- Monitoring of fines and interest reports
- Construction of Dash updates for weekly meetings with managers to
improve internal processes
- Acting with access to data for analysis and treatment of insurance values,
claims, and service SLA
