I'm looking for fully remote opportunities where I can own CRM and lifecycle growth, combine data and AI with experimentation, and build scalable customer journeys and operating systems.

I've owned end-to-end CRM and lifecycle growth across fintech, B2B SaaS, marketplaces, and technology companies, connecting segmentation, experimentation, attribution, and automation to measurable commercial outcomes.

At meutudo, I built a Claude and Databricks AI analyst that automated funnel and attribution analysis and HTML dashboard creation, removing 12 hours of manual work each week. I also built monetisation and churn journeys in Insider that lifted activation 87% with a 192% incremental lift and achieved ROAS above 18x.

At Cumbuca, I rebuilt mobile-first activation and retention journeys in CleverTap, increasing in-app activation 65% and churn reactivation 875%, while redesigning acquisition segmentation to reduce CAC by 82%. At Enora Leaders, I built the growth function, testing infrastructure, BI layer, and CRM engine from zero, contributing to a 400% increase in launch revenue and 1200% growth in qualified leads.
