I'm looking for opportunities where I can lead training, safety, fleet, or office operations, improve processes, support teams, and build practical programs that strengthen compliance and performance.

At HERTZ, I manage fleet driver assignments, GPS route monitoring, maintenance records, vendor relationships, and repair scheduling. I implemented preventive maintenance practices that reduced breakdowns by 62%.

I also run Stark Farm Creations, where I refinish and repurpose antique furniture while managing advertising, merchandising, inventory, buying and selling, and craft and art shows.
