What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on operations role where I can improve delivery performance, coach teams, enforce safety/compliance, and use technology to optimize routes and workflows.

I am an operations and logistics leader with a background in delivery supervision, hazardous materials handling, and K–12 education. I hire, train, and manage frontline teams, leveraging technology and process improvements to increase on-time delivery and reduce missed deliveries.

At Sherwin-Williams I led the inaugural Springfield–Northwest Arkansas SWDS fleet, managing 20+ drivers across two states and improving on-time deliveries by 6.5% while reducing missed deliveries by 58.7%. I hold a Commercial Driver's License (Class C) with HazMat endorsement and have practical experience delivering hazardous materials safely.

My earlier career in K–12 speech and theatre education honed my skills in coaching, project management, communication, and event production—skills I apply to team development, meeting facilitation, and performance presentation. I am certified as a SAFe 6 Scrum Master and proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, Descartes Route Planner, GeoTab, MicroStrategy, Blackboard LMS, and other operational tools.
