What I'm looking for

I seek a role managing transportation safety and FMCSA compliance where I can lead training programs, improve processes, and foster a strong safety culture while supporting company growth.

I am a transportation safety and compliance professional with extensive experience developing and managing FMCSA- and DOT-compliant training programs across motorcoach and commercial fleets. I have led recruitment, onboarding, and large-scale training initiatives while maintaining rigorous recordkeeping and auditing practices.

Throughout my career I built and implemented structured training systems, managed Driver Qualification files, drug and alcohol programs, and directed OSHA reporting and accident processing. I deliver instructor-led and virtual training, including Smith System instruction, HazMat, HRCQ, and CPR/First Aid/AED certification programs.
