I’m seeking an IT Business Partner role within a medtech organization to support innovation, compliance, and enterprise technology growth—partnering with stakeholders to turn business needs into practical technology strategy.

I’m a strategic IT Business Partner and technology strategist who aligns technology solutions with organizational goals. With a Master’s degree in IT Management, I translate business needs into actionable IT strategies that improve operational efficiency and end-user experience.

I’ve led technology-enabled improvements as an Sr. HR & IT Operations Lead, partnering with leadership to ensure operational continuity and audit-ready compliance. I modernized internal processes by implementing digital tools that improved accuracy, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

In enterprise environments, I’ve driven lifecycle management and delivered reliable IT support through onsite and remote troubleshooting across hardware, OS, applications, and mobile devices. I use ServiceNow for ticketing and trend analysis, and I regularly partner with business stakeholders to define IT strategies for improvement.
