Senior Product role at a B2B SaaS company where I can own strategy and delivery end-to-end. Open to founding PM, senior PM, or hybrid product/CS scope. Interested in geospatial, dev tools, or technical B2B. Fully remote only, based in Cambodia (GMT+7), strong EMEA/APAC overlap, partial US east coast. Open to travel for offsites. Product and CS Manager at MangoMap, supporting B2B clients to embed location and mapping into their workflows. Deliver <2% monthly churn and >50 NPS through a customer-first approach, feeding insight directly into product strategy.

Scoped, designed, and led the platform rewrite end-to-end. Owned strategy and delivery across architecture, specs, security, pricing, and launch, managing a two-developer team across Next.js, TypeScript, AppSync/GraphQL, Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora + PostGIS, MapLibre GL JS, and SST/Pulumi on AWS. Led commercial strategy for the launch, including a shift from quota-driven to capability-driven pricing and a refreshed positioning framework.

Use agentic AI workflows daily across specs, code review, customer comms, and pricing. Manage the integration stack across Recurly, Stripe, Amplitude, Atlassian, and marketing automation.
