What I'm looking for
I’ve spent most of my career helping companies figure out what to build and how to bring it to market. I started in UX and customer research, but over time my work expanded into product strategy, growth, and product leadership.
I’ve worked across a few different environments. At Eventbrite I helped build and scale the UX organization during a period of rapid growth. At Dwolla I helped navigate a major pivot from a consumer payments product to a B2B platform. Later, at Bluethumb, I led product management and UX for a two-sided marketplace where we focused heavily on growth, conversion, and matching supply with demand.
When I look across those experiences, the common thread is that I’m at my best in situations where there’s ambiguity. I enjoy understanding customers, identifying opportunities, validating ideas, and helping teams figure out what’s actually worth building. That’s been true whether I’m working on marketplaces, fintech products, AI products, or my own ecommerce businesses.
More recently I’ve been spending a lot of time working with AI, both advising teams on AI-enabled products and building my own AI-assisted research platform. It’s reinforced something I’ve always enjoyed, which is getting closer to the problem, testing ideas quickly, and learning from real customer feedback.
At this stage, I’m looking for a role where I can bring together product strategy, customer insight, and commercial thinking to help a team solve meaningful problems and drive measurable business outcomes.

Led end-to-end product for a $4M+ GMV two-sided marketplace, improving conversion, order value, and engagement through customer insight and experimentation. Led UX and product strategy as Dwolla transitioned from a consumer payments product to a B2B payments platform. Defined key platform experiences including the developer portal, merchant center, and enterprise payment workflows, managed a multidisciplinary team, and established design systems and validation practices to improve consistency and decision-making across teams.
Owned product strategy and UX for event discovery, ticketing, and organizer experiences serving millions of users. Built and scaled the UX function from first hire to a team of 7, implemented a triad operating model to improve cross-functional decision-making, and introduced structured discovery/experimentation to improve product quality and reduce delivery risk.
