Increased development capacity ~78% by consolidating authentication into SSO, leading to NPS increase by 4 points. Coached engineering on Agile practices and mentored junior Product Owners.

Managed product roadmap and backlog for cloud commerce B2B & B2B2C platforms for MSPs across APAC. Prioritised initiatives based on business and commercial objectives, which enabled rapid revenue growth, generating ~$10M in ARR. Worked across engineering, operations, finance, and business teams to define solutions, communicate changes, and manage delivery, stakeholder feedback, and expectations.

Analysed business processes and datasets to identify automation opportunities. Facilitated cross-functional workshops and translated business objectives into user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria, giving the development team a clear, testable definition of what needed to be built.

Translated business requirements into test scenarios and validated software behaviour through functional and regression testing. Investigated defects, identified edge cases, and worked closely with developers and the Product Manager to resolve issues and confirm that features met requirements and were ready for production release.
