I am a senior implementation specialist with extensive experience onboarding clients, creating training materials, and optimizing project processes for SaaS Student Information Systems.

Over my career I mastered a 17-module SIS in under six months, facilitated more than 200 hours of one-on-one client onboarding, and produced over 500 custom training videos and help-center articles that improved client adoption.
