At Ecobank, I managed institutional and correspondent-bank relationships across thirteen Anglophone African countries through remote, system-based outreach.

I maintained 98% SLA compliance for five consecutive years while managing remote client relationships, account authorizations, and client-lifecycle activity in Oracle CRM. I also identified customer needs and supported cross-selling and upselling of banking products.
