Workday Consultant

Deel is a global payroll and HR platform for teams, seeking a Workday Consultant to partner with customers, implement integrations, and ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies. As a Workday Consultant, you will drive customer value, adapt to new environments, and troubleshoot complex integration issues. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in Workday Consultant roles, is certified in Workday Core Connector Tools & Payroll, and has experience with third-party payroll integrations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant
• Workday Certified in Core Connector Tools & Payroll (CCTPP) and Integration Core
• Experience with Prism, Studio, Extend, or custom report building
• Strong background in consulting or project-based work
• Demonstrated experience integrating Workday with third-party payroll systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools
• Solid understanding of Workday business processes related to Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management
