In 2016, our founders realized something important about the Workday ecosystem: implementations are fast and furious, with work like reports, dashboards, and knowledge transfer often postponed until after go-live. In many cases, the implementation partner has already moved on to their next project, leaving clients without the support they need to truly maximize their Workday investment. This is why Kognitiv exists - to bridge that gap for clients wanting to better maintain and enhance their system post go-live.
Built from the ground up by Luke Switkowski and Mark Grignon without outside investment, Kognitiv grew organically from servicing one client at a time to supporting hundreds of Workday customers globally. Today, with over 200 Workday experts across North America, Europe, and India, we deliver flexible, on-demand, power-by-the-hour support that scales with clients wherever they are in their Workday journey. Our culture is built on being a company run by consultants, for consultants, beholden only to our team, clients, and community - not investors.
